Before beginning psychotherapy, there will be a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we are a good fit. We know this can be a bit nerve-wracking to tell someone you just met about your needs, but it’s important to ensure we are a good fit.

The first few sessions are more structured than usual, exploring more in-depth about your past, present, and future. This insight gives us a good idea of how to work best with you.
Next, you’ll be rolling with weekly or bi-weekly sessions. Sessions typically last 50 minutes. The sessions can be as structured or creative as you like.

Clinical Supervision sessions are typically 1 hour long. They are formal, collaborative working alliances designed to monitor client care, develop your skills as a therapist, grow clinical skills, and support professional judgment.
